One of my biggest strengths is building relationships with my clients, in both stressful and casual situations. This is likely due to my 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and the fact that I enjoy the versatility of the real estate industry. One moment you will find me crawling under the basement, gauging the value of a property, and the next I will be counseling a buyer through the emotions of buying their first home, and enjoying a laugh in between. I am in real estate for the long-haul. My clients are in communication with me long after their escrow closes; I build relationships and trust so that clients feel confident and educated about their new property and the best direction for them to go. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful situations you will find yourself in; and I make it my duty to make it feel as seamless and worry free as possible for my clients.
I am a Designated Realtor, a member of California Association of Realtors, (C.A.R) and of National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.). I am a member of the East Bay Rental Housing Assocation, and an East Bay Native (not something you find as much these days!) My clients range from first time home Buyers (a position I have found much of my community in the last 8 years) to Sellers buying up/expanding their families. I also specialize in working with Investors looking to purchase 2-4 units/income producing property in the East Bay. With 8 years background in property management and rentals, I make it my business to keep up on rental housing laws and changes and help clients identify and strategize their approach to purchasing income property in order to build a much larger future than they ever thought possible!
